Cyph3r (Localization Editor)
Cyph3r is an Localization Editor for Call of Duty.

Usage:
Open a localization via the menu or drop it onto "Cyph3r", at the bottom u can click the Add button to insert a new row.
Shortcuts:
- Ctrl+N - Creates a new localization
- Ctrl+O - Opens the file browser to select an localization.
- Ctrl+S - Saves the current loaded localization
- Ctrl+Shift+S - Saves the current loaded localization as a new file.
- Ctrl+T - Inserts a new row at the bottom
