If you want to enable blood splatter effect you have to override “blood.csc”, i already have a modified version you can download

Place this file in your:

 mapname\scripts\shared

And in your zone add this line:

scriptparsetree,scripts/shared/blood.csc

Make sure you can override this script, by commenting it out in core_patch.csv
